- Q – How can I find out what I can afford?

- Q – Who pays the realtor?
- A – In most cases, the seller of the real estate pays the listing office. Typically, the buyer does not pay the brokerage fee unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties.
- Q – Can I view other companies listings with you?
- A – Absolutely! We belong to the Fort Wayne Area Multiple Listing Service which simply means we work with most all of the area realtors and can show their listings to you. This will help us establish a very good idea of what your needs as we look at all the available listings together. It also helps you in that you can call us on any of the homes you have interest in.
- Q- How can I find out what my home is worth?
- A- Give us a call! We are always happy to do an up to date market analysis of your home at NO COST TO YOU. We compare your home to similar properties that have sold recently (usually in the past 6 months). The data available to us is extensive and therefore will give you accurate sales information.
